Open Doors- "So I say to you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened." Luke 11:9-10 (NKJV)> changed the bible version

What is on your heart to ask for God for tonight?
My answer:
It's easy to feel like our personal desires are too small or too grand to bring before God. But I genuinely believe God's attention is boundless, and every sincere request is heard. For me, my deepest desire is for clarity and guidance. I'm sensing new directions emerging in my life and work, and my prayer is for God to illuminate the next steps, to make His will clear, and to grant me the courage to move forward with trust.
The crucial part of this process is to ask in faith. This isn't just wishing; it's a firm belief that our prayers are acknowledged, our intentions received, and that divine grace is actively at work. It involves releasing the need to control "how" or "when" and instead, trusting in God's perfect timing and wisdom. When we seek, we often find what we're looking for, and when we knock, doors tend to open.
So, I invite you to consider this question for yourself. What is truly on your heart to ask for? Whatever it may be, voice it with faith, believing that God is listening, and then release it with love and trust.
Gracious God, as this day closes and we reflect on what is on our hearts, we thank You for Your unending love and attentiveness. We trust that You hear every one of our deepest desires, spoken or unspoken.
May Your clarity guide us, Your peace fill us, and Your wisdom direct our steps. Help us to always approach You with faith, believing that You are listening and that Your divine will unfolds perfectly in our lives. We release our requests into Your loving hands, knowing that You are good. Amen.
